Its is highly recommended that you train before either a 5k or a half marathon. A 5K is about 3.1 miles and a
7 week training progam is recommended. For a half marathon, a 12 week training program is recommended.
If you have any health issues or concerns, please be sure to check with your physician before beginning any health regimen or training program.
